Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email correspondence, calendars, and scheduling
  • Conduct research and data entry
  • Assist with customer service and support tasks
  • Handle other administrative tasks as needed by clients
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
